  1. That’s amazing and I have been wasting my avocado seeds all the while, I will give this a try.
    Questions:
1: Does it have any side effect
2: Someone said that the seed have good effect on male fertility, is this true?

    1. Thank you for appreciating the article. to your questions:
      1) The only side effect it has is the strong hypoglycemic effect. That’s it can reduce your blood glucose level drastically if you consume it too much. A cup for a day, especially in the morning before breakfast or after dinner is enough for a day. If you take it in the morning, do not take it again till the next day.
      2) Yes, the Zinc, vitamin C and E and Lutein in the seed helps in boosting sperm quality and fertility in male. I actually forgot to highlight that during the time i was composing this article. You may also consider uziza fruits if you are interested in male fertility, as it has strong positive effects on sperm count, motility and volume, including increasing libido and treating weak erection. Another, which may be more effective is black sunflower seed. you may read up on both sunflower seed and uziza on this site.
