Ingredients for making Mormon tea
- 2 spoonful of dried Ephedra nevadensis leaves or a pack of commercialized one.
- 1 spoonful of dried ginger powder
- 2 cups of clean water
- Honey or pine apple juice (optional)
- Bring the water in a pot to a boil
- Add the tea and ginger powders
- Allow to steep for about 10 minutes
- Remove the pot from the heater and allow to cool for 3 minutes
